- Median PFS 7.4 vs 1.9 mo; HR 0.34 (0.28–0.42); ORR 26.4% vs 4.1%
- Grade ≥3 TEAEs 46.8% vs 40.6%; CRS 49.6% (grade ≥3: 0.4%)
- Significant OS, PFS and ORR improvement, establishing tarlatamab + durvalumab as a new standard of care first-line maintenance therapy for ES-SCLC.
